As Namecheap is a US company, personal data may be transferred to a third country; this transfer is safeguarded by appropriate measures, in particular the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, as set out in that agreement. The core purpose of this website is to link to external music platforms - for example Apple Music, Spotify, Amazon Music, YouTube / YouTube Music, Deezer, Tidal, SoundCloud and Bandcamp. These are ordinary hyperlinks: no data is transmitted to those providers merely by loading our pages, and our pages embed no third-party content. A data transfer occurs only when you actively click a link and thereby leave our site, and our site is configured not to transmit the address of the referring page (referrer) when you do so.

Once you follow such a link, the respective provider becomes responsible for any processing of your personal data (for example your IP address) under its own privacy policy.
